List of Other Copyrighted Material

The following is a list of images and other multimedia (other than my own) that I have posted, embedded or otherwise displayed on my website. If there are copyright concerns, despite listed credit of origination/ownership, please do not hesitate to contact me. Images & multimedia are used on a non-commercial/educational/demonstrative basis and no profits or monies are received in operating my personal website. Great lengths are taken in not using non-paid licensed stock photography (ie: Rights-managed/RM images). Research of images has been undertaken, best to ability and availability of information, before posting.

    • Various posts have embedded videos directly from YouTube. They are streamed/hosted by YouTube and not stored on my server. Content within belongs to the originating copyright owner and/or public domain (where applicable)

Highsmith; Note: Ms. Highsmith donated her collection to the Library of Congress (dated April 7, 2005), and placed the images in the public domain. The original display of this photograph was sourced from Wikipedia of which was posted by Wikipedian user, Diliff, who removed noise & dust and straightened the original photograph. The darkening filter was added by me, Tommy R. Donovan, of which this version as appearing on my site is not my copyright and thus remaining in the public domain as previously described. (source)
